  35. ArgoBill is a simple program to display the on-line charges derived from the 
  36. Voyager Internet Suite. It also caters for telephone company discounts. It 
  37. is set up for use with LOCAL rates, though any other rates can be entered 
  38. and saved. See the Help file. It allows for "startup" log-on times, and for 
  39. calls crossing charge-band boundaries.

  41. While it is intended to be used in conjunction with !Voyager, it could no doubt 
  42. be adapted to parse similar dial-up log files in other communications suites.
